DELIVERY WITHIN GERMANY

Within Germany, your order will usually be delivered in 2-4 business days. As soon as we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with the shipping confirmation and a track & trace code.

The deadline for delivery begins in the case of payment in advance on the day after the payment order to the bank entrusted with the transfer and for all other payment methods on the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the end of the period falls on a Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, then the period ends on the next working day.

 

SHIPPING COSTS WITHIN GERMANY

The shipping costs within Germany are free of charge from an order value of 30€. If the order value is less than 30€, the shipping costs are 4,95€ (incl. VAT). If shipping costs are incurred for your order, you will be notified of them in the ordering process.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

For orders from countries other than Germany, your order will usually be delivered in 2-8 business days. Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an email with the shipping confirmation and a track & trace code.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs for orders from countries other than Germany vary depending on the country of the recipient. The shipping costs are paid by the buyer for orders from countries other than Germany. If there are shipping costs for your order, you will be informed about them in the order process.

Shipping to Austria: 6,95€ (incl. VAT)

Shipping to Switzerland: 11,95€ (incl. VAT)

 

RETURNS

You can return your received products to us free of charge within 14 days after receipt. To do this, you must print out the return label provided online and attach it to the package with which you return the goods.

For returns from abroad (Austria & Switzerland), the customer must pay the shipping costs, regardless of the order value.

Please use the original shipping box in which you received the goods from us for your return.

If you want to exchange your received goods for another product, you must first return the goods and then place a new order in our online store.

SUSTAINABILITY

In order to make shipping and packaging at ACHORE as environmentally friendly as possible, we use environmentally friendly and FSC certified material to ship our goods. In the case of returns, shipping boxes are refurbished or processed and, in the best case, reused for future orders. To save further paper, we send invoices by e-mail only and return slips must be printed out yourself if necessary.
